Requests to Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs):
Request for information on a person’s military registration status

This request allows the lawyer to obtain from the TCC information on the client’s military registration status: whether the person is registered and in which category, whether a deferment was granted and on what grounds, and whether the person has been removed or excluded from the register. This information is needed to confirm the person’s status regarding military duty, to obtain a deferment or to protect against unlawful actions. The request is sent to the Territorial Recruitment Centre (TCC) you choose in the form. The authority must reply within 5 working days (up to 20 working days if extended).

Price: 4 000 ₴

A request about another person (not yourself) is possible only with their consent or on a legal basis — see the terms in the order form. Payment does not guarantee such a request is sent: if the basis is insufficient, the payment is refunded in full.

Without registration: how to order a request (39 seconds)

Fully remote: you sign the contract on the site (e-signature or identity verification). Nothing to print and nothing to send by post or courier.

What you get

An official reply from the TCC you choose in the form about your military registration: whether you are registered and in which category, whether a deferment was granted, whether you were removed or excluded from the register. What it contains depends on the authority’s data and legal access limits. The request is not a deferment application and does not change register data.

Timing

  • The request is sent on the same working day you pay and sign the agreement with the lawyer (and, without a qualified e-signature, complete identity verification); if that happens outside working hours, on the next working day.
  • The authority must reply within 5 working days; for large volumes of information it may extend this to 20 working days by notifying the lawyer in writing.
  • If there is no reply in time, we send one repeat request free of charge (usually about 10 working days after the first).

FAQ

How much does it cost and what is included?

UAH 4,000 per request to one addressee, in a single payment. It covers the lawyer’s fee, preparing and signing the documents, sending the request, tracking the deadline, one repeat request if the authority stays silent, and passing on the reply. There are no other charges.

Do you guarantee the result?

No. A lawyer’s request is a way to obtain official information. The authority decides what the reply contains: full or partial information, a statement that none is held, or a reasoned refusal where legal access restrictions apply. A reply that no information is held is also a proper reply.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, 100% — if you cancel before the request is sent, or if the lawyer cannot send it. Once the request has been sent the service is considered provided and is not refundable; if the authority stays silent, we send a repeat request.

Do I need to travel to Ukraine or have a Ukrainian e-signature?

No. Everything is done online from any country: there is nothing to print, sign on paper or send by post or courier. Without a Ukrainian qualified e-signature, you can sign on the site after verifying your identity with a document.

How do I receive the reply?

We pass the authority’s reply (including one stating that no information is held, or a refusal) to your personal account on the site and/or by e-mail.

Can I order a request about another person?

Only on a legal basis: the adult signs the documents personally, or you are the child’s parent, a guardian, or act under a notarised power of attorney. Being a relative of an adult is not enough. If the basis is insufficient, the request is not sent and you get a full refund.
