Privacy Policy
Version of 28.10.2026
Translation for convenience. The Ukrainian version is legally binding (switch the site language to “ua”).
This Policy explains which personal data are processed when you use ggs.com.ua, why, to whom they are transferred, how long they are kept and what rights you have. It follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
1. Who processes your data
- Data controller — Global Guide Service LLC, EDRPOU code 44598924, 350 Klochkivska St., apt. 2, Kharkiv 61051, Ukraine; e-mail: info.ggs.ua@gmail.com; phone +38 (095) 000-70-15.
- The lawyer who drafts and sends your lawyer’s request (named in the public offer and in the legal aid agreement) processes the data received to provide you with legal aid as an independent controller; this information is protected by attorney-client privilege.
2. What data we process
- Account data: email, first name, last name, patronymic, phone (if provided), interface language.
- Order data: information needed for the lawyer’s request — identity document details, tax number, date of birth, address, citizenship, and details of other persons if the request concerns them (e.g. relatives).
- Documents you upload for the automatic document check or as attachments to a request.
- A photo of your document and a short video — only if you sign without a qualified e-signature (via SignWell) and confirm your identity.
- Payment data: amount, status and payment number. Card details are entered on the LiqPay page — we neither receive nor store them.
- Correspondence with support (email, Telegram bot, the “Contact us” form) and the authorities’ replies to requests.
- Technical data: Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies — only if you consent in the banner.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- To place and fulfil your order, prepare and sign documents, send the request to the authority and deliver the reply to you — under the public offer and your consent.
- To accept payments, make refunds and keep payment and contract records — under the contract and legal requirements.
- To answer your support requests.
- To improve the site using anonymised statistics — only with your cookie consent.
- We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who receives your data
- The lawyer — to draft, sign and send the request.
- The authority (addressee of the request) — to the extent needed for the request, together with your consent to personal data processing.
- LiqPay (JSC CB PrivatBank) — for payments and refunds.
- Google (Firebase, Google Cloud) — storage of order data and files; Google Analytics — anonymised visit statistics with your consent; Google Ads — measuring ad performance (whether a visit from an ad ended in a payment), without personalised advertising, with your consent.
- SignWell — documents for signing and contact details, if you sign without a qualified e-signature.
- OpenAI — documents you upload for the automatic document check (with your separate consent before the check), and the anonymised text of the authority’s reply to prepare an explanatory note (names, date of birth, document numbers and contacts are removed before transfer).
- Telegram — messages you send to the @GGS_help_bot bot yourself.
- Servers of Google, SignWell and OpenAI may be located outside Ukraine. By using the relevant features you agree to such transfer (Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”).
- State authorities — only where and as expressly required by law.
5. How long data are kept
- Account data — while the account exists or until you ask us to delete it.
- Agreements, requests, authorities’ replies and payment data — for the period required by law for keeping contract and accounting records.
- Identity-check video — deleted 90 days after the order is completed; the document photo is kept together with the legal aid agreement.
- Files uploaded for the automatic document check — deleted 30 days after the 90-day access period ends; the check results stay in your account.
6. How data are protected
Order files are kept in private cloud storage accessible only to you, the lawyer and authorised staff of the Provider. The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS); payment takes place on the secure LiqPay page.
7. Data of other persons
A request about another person is possible only on a legal basis: the person signs the documents personally (with their own qualified e-signature or an identity check), or you are their legal representative (parent of a child, guardian), or a representative under a notarised power of attorney. Being a relative of an adult is not such a basis by itself. Payment does not guarantee that such a request will be sent: the lawyer checks the basis, and if it is insufficient the request is not sent and the payment is refunded in full. We keep the supporting document with the order and pass it to the lawyer and to the authority the request is sent to.
8. Your rights
- You have the rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, including the right to know who processes your data and why; to access them; to have inaccurate data corrected or deleted (subject to statutory retention periods); to withdraw consent; to object to processing; and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.
- To exercise your rights, write to info.ggs.ua@gmail.com from the email you registered with. We reply within 30 calendar days.
9. Cookies
The site uses necessary cookies for signing in and for forms. Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are set only after you consent in the banner; you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
10. Public registers check (“Monitoring” section)
- The “Monitoring” section lets you check yourself in public state registers (currently the Unified Register of Debtors of the Ministry of Justice and the open data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on wanted persons). You enter your full name and date of birth and tick the consent box.
- The data you enter is used only for an instant search in the open dataset loaded into our database; it is not stored after the answer is returned and is not shared with third parties. Names and dates of birth are not written to server logs.
- Check only yourself. Checking another person is possible only with that person’s authority (consent, power of attorney, legal representation). The result is reference information, not legal advice.
- Register data come from open datasets on data.gov.ua (Unified Register of Debtors — CC BY licence); the result page always shows the date the data is current as of and the source.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy; the current version with its date is always published on this page.
