Global Guide Service is an online service of Global Guide Service LLC for Ukrainian citizens and foreigners who need official information or documents from Ukrainian state authorities without visiting them in person. We work throughout Ukraine, and you can place an order from any country.
What you can do on the site:
- Lawyer’s request online — to the State Migration Service, the State Border Guard Service, civil registry offices, the Pension Fund, the tax service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, TCCs and other authorities. Price: ₴4,000 per request to one authority. You fill in your details, pay and sign the documents on the site; the lawyer signs the request with a qualified e-signature and sends it to the authority, and the reply appears in your account.
- Request packages — several related requests for one price shown on the package page.
- Automatic preliminary document check — ₴400: the service compares your documents with the list for the chosen ground (temporary or permanent residence permit, citizenship, etc.) and shows what is missing. Terms are on the “Document check terms” page.
- News and explanations on migration, border crossing, military registration and citizenship.
Who handles the requests. The service (Global Guide Service LLC) is responsible for the order, payment, signing of documents and delivery of the reply. The lawyer’s request itself is drafted, signed and sent by the service’s partner lawyer under the legal aid agreement you sign on the site. You pay once — to the service; the service pays the lawyer’s fee out of this amount.
If you need a consultation or representation before authorities or in court, contact our partner, the law firm “Pravovyi Tsentr” (pcentr.com).
Terms. All terms of the service, payment, cancellation and refunds are set out in the public offer (ggs.com.ua/offer). The Ukrainian version is legally binding.
