Certificate of no criminal record
A certificate of no criminal record (an extract from the Ministry of Internal Affairs database on criminal liability and convictions) is issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Citizens can obtain it online via the Diia app or at an MIA service centre.
If you are abroad or have no access to Diia, the extract can be obtained by a representative under a notarised power of attorney. Lawyers of the Pravovyi Tsentr law firm can order the extract for you and advise whether an apostille is needed for the country where you will submit it.
