What it covers
The Resolution approves the Procedure for extending the period of stay and for extending or shortening the period of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine.
Key provisions for foreigners
- grounds for extension (medical treatment, processing of documents, inheritance and others);
- the documents required from the foreigner and the receiving party;
- when to apply: no earlier than 10 and no later than 3 working days before the permitted period ends;
- grounds for refusing an extension.
