The Law sets the conditions and procedure for immigration of foreigners and stateless persons to Ukraine.
Key provisions for foreigners
- Art. 4 — categories of immigrants within and outside the quota (including spouses of Ukrainian citizens after two years of marriage);
- the documents required for an immigration permit;
- Art. 10 — grounds for refusing a permit;
- grounds for cancelling a permit and the procedure for obtaining a permanent residence permit.
