What it covers
The Law sets out the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine: their rights, freedoms and obligations and the grounds for entry, stay and residence.
Key provisions for foreigners
- Art. 4 — grounds for a temporary residence permit;
- Art. 13 — grounds for banning entry into Ukraine;
- Art. 22 — leaving Ukraine and exit restrictions;
- Art. 26 — forced return;
- Art. 30 — forced expulsion (deportation).
